The real struggle to reach any goal is to take the first step. After missing the gym for two days my main struggle was to just get up and reach the gym.
But I did go and I did feel good after the routine. However, when I'm on my simping mode, I eat random things to reduce the stress!
So, today on the list goes, two spoons of whip cream, milk peda, a Karnataka dessert holige and so much more.
I did make some good healthy meals too. Here's one of them.
Now I've a really good partner who brings a lot of snacks and sweets home. So, today he brought a chicken burger and patty in the evening. Along with that there were hot baked butter biscuits.
This is from a bakery I've posted last year. I had completely forgot about this bakery near our place.
So, I've to put a bit of blame on him for provoking me to eat a lot of unhealthy food! So, yes, I've made enough unhealthy food choices today and my toxic trait is thinking it'll all get washed away if I increase my running time tomorrow. Let's see!
