I've to start by saying how devastated I'm with all the news about the floods and natural calamities around us. First it was the sad news from Wayanad in Kerala and today I got to know about the cloudburst in Malana, the hills where I stayed in Himachal last December.
I hope everyone recovers soon from these situations.
It's a new month and I'm on track after my quick trip. However in 7 days I'll start to workout on my own without going to the gym. So, I decided to start practicing few things on my own. One of the concerns still remains as my diet. Here's what I ate in a day for the day.
Breakfast was two chapatis with avocadoes. It's been my favourite breakfast. It's creamy and yum.
Lunch was simple with yogurt and egg with rice. And in the evening it was a lot of sweet drinks with sugar cane. It can be considered a post workout drink.
Dinner was chapatis with paneer butter masala and a little dessert.
