Alcohol free Gunieess! 🍻Such an amazing thing yet many do not know that there are alcoholic alternatives for many alcoholic beverages.... The problem is it can be difficult to find them or you need to order them from the likes of Amazon. However, I'm glad to see that more stores are selling alcoholic alternatives.💪
Strangely enough, you have to be 18+ to buy these types of alcohol-free drinks. I can kinda see the reason but personally I'd like to encourage more people to go for alcohol-free alternatives.
Anyway, training today. A 4 mile walk, and as I type this I am about to lift weights which will end in an hours time.

Nice! In my country we have the alcoholic Guinness just in few stores and only in "big" cities, but I guess should be great get the taste of your favorite beer without the alcoholic issues!
