Oooof, only a few more days until 2025. Looking back, 2024 wasnt the best of years but its been that way since the pandemic. Alas, I will soon be leaving the UK.
Today, I've walked about 6.5 miles, I am slowly trying to get this up to 10. Also, did an hour of weight training. I need to lose some of the weight I popped on whilst being back in Scotland. It's been more of a stress thing than anything else.
