Day 9 of the year
So far, I haven't messed up my plans yet, and I'm not going to.
Today's to-do list involved:

Supplements (done)
Exercise (monthly challenge)

Read (done)
Random accomplishment (done)
Final day thoughts: Today felt like it went so fast. I was even less focused than yesterday, mostly because of the dizziness. Still, I managed moments of productivity, and there was a bigger focus on tidying and cleaning rather than work, so I need to forgive myself for that. I spent less time in the kitchen, but this could still be improved and made more efficient.
Today was also amazing for me nutrition-wise: oatmeal for breakfast, proper lunch with sandwiches and bell pepper on the side, and now soup.
