My Actifit Report Card: January 27 2025

I woke up early, did longer runs, kept going on journaling. I signed up for a running event in the near-ish future (which is a first for me!! and I'm excited for it:)). I also did some readings, rehashed my previous notes, and did not ditched project meeting.I’m trying to rework myself and become a better person for the year 2025. I’ve noticed that taking it easier is costing my future self. Therefore, I will need to try much harder. And try to push through even the toughest moments.
I’m going to seek to make my workout routine match with my life schedule. I will try to hit 2-3x strength routines and 1-2x cardio routine in the week. I have categorized health habits that pertain to daily life activities like brushing, cleaning, etc. Making health habits a bit more streamlined in order to be more efficient.

I feel like resources are abundant for me to work on myself, and on my stuff I needed to do. I need to take the leap, ask around, ask for a helping hand. More strict with myself re: distraction and self-accountability. Start the day with simple to-do lists again. Have faith in myself a bit, as well.
