Failed No Junk Food because I had slightly more chocolate. This is because I bought two bars instead of one for my willpower training. The second bar was left in the house for too long for me to resist it. Next time, I won't buy two bars, but only one
My Discipline score has shot back up really high recently and that is because I prioritised fixing my sleep. I completely ignored all of my other habits and fully focussed on my sleep. I adjusted the Dynamic Levels of all my other habits to an extremely easy level, while maintaining the high level for my sleep habits and routines. By having this attitude toward my sleep, I was quickly able to recover my health in just a few days and now its just easy for me to do everything else. Working for hours everyday is effortless, pushing myself while I exercise is effortless. I care about my performance again.
Tomorrow, I aim to get 100% Discipline score and I hope that my Schedule accuracy will increase by at least 1%
