I've been doing well with my habits lately, hitting my sleep goals and meeting my intensity minutes for the week. However, I recognize that my priorities can still improve. I'm going to focus more on reducing the time I spend on YouTube, as I've noticed it's one of the biggest drains lately.
Now that I have achieved my weightloss goal, I am focusing on figuring out maintainance calories and how to balance food. For example if I get my macros right, my calorie is low, if I get high calories, net carb gets high etc.
I have some basic meals I am enjoying at the moment (samlon, chicken, avocado salad, eggs and nuts etc)
Just trying to figure out adding variety without crossing net carb and calories
I am starting w just adding spinach and cauli once in a while for now.
I also learned coconut flour is not harmful like regular flour. So occasionally I am enjoying coconut flour dosa.
I found a great pdf on reddit, and it decided to take flashcards out of my goal for now, as I see how I will be moving forward. This is a lot more achievable for now, I will stick to the minimum in my goals and see what I can do on top of everything on my own.
