My main goals:
Plan - plan the week and days in advance, including scheduling and choosing tasks to complete
Log - log all my tasks (work, hobbies, life to-dos, chores, etc.) and review the week and days consistently
I have decided that I will consider both of these goals "achieved" when I've accomplished them for 6 months straight.
Since I've been gone, I've still been good at being productive, but I noticed that my productivity skyrockets if I've planned the week in advance and if I have time to plan for the day. These have been hard to enable on my own, so I'm setting goals to help.
What I plan to improve on this time around:
Keeping my goals manageable. Last time, I was determining tasks at the beginning of the week and just making mistakes--like I would choose "I must finish task A" and I would either lose track of that task in favor of other ones or I would fail to complete it due to unforeseen dependencies.
New Goals:
Goal for the week:
plan every day's schedule the night before
plan the week's goals on Sunday
log at least 3h/day on study bunny
log at least 1 activity/day on the Activity Journal sheet
My basic goal is before I go to bed. So for goals 1, 3, and 4 I will definitely do them in the evening before bed if not sooner. Goal 2 is the same, but only on Sunday.
Time frame you're looking at for accomplishing this goal:
15m/day
30m/wk
n/a logging that shouldn't take additional time really
10m/day
total: 205m, or 3h 25m.
