My Actifit Report Card: April 10 2025

I did my habits first thing in the morning hence why it was easy to finish most of them. I also worked out 4 out of 7 throughout the week! I slept early too. Things have been going great lately. Productivity levels have returned back to my older baseline, now I just have to try to aim for an efficient day.

Regarding what didn't end up being ideal and what I could improve on:
Focus levels. I have been time tracking and noticed that I actually don't operate at a high focus during mornings like before. Yes, I still manage to get my tasks done but it's just not efficient enough. For one, I keep taking breaks during the morning which is not an issue but it's the fact that I don't know how long those breaks end up lasting for and whether I am actually resting IS an issue. Some new things I am going to try for that
A) Track what I am actually doing in my breaks and how long they last for
B) Look for efficient ways to actually rest because I end up having headaches from eye strain often

Reflection:
I want to make time for my hobbies but I don't know if they count as a break because i'm at a starting point where I still have alot to learn hence it'll be challenging, would that be considered a break? Not sure. I want to put more conscious breaks into my routine though. I'll update on this next week. Oh I know what can count as a break! Especially during weekends or night time but there's alot of stuff I want to watch that I haven't gotten the time for, for example the podcasts.
