It's always found in Africa,we have alot here on the south east of nigeria,Atimes we use our hands in the manufacturing of the oil instead of using some machine here are some of the pictures of me work on it...
After separating the palm fruit from its bonge,you cook for like one hour depending on the fire,then you pound and make sure everything turns like this
Then you select your palm carnel and press the other one to get you oil just that easy right.....
