My Actifit Report Card: May 5 2022

There was no much time for in the early hours cause I woke up a but late.
But after clearing my desk at the office I had more time on my hands.
I had never taken the stairs to my office floor, I always use the lift but today actifit gave me an idea of how I can work out and still be at work, so when I had free time I went down and up from the 11th floor to the ground just once,

I don't think I'll be doing it again any time soon but I definitely try it again.

Ps: got to do some homework-out with the local kettlebell I made 😆 [story for another day].

Having a great day is incomplete without actifit family knowing how it went.
