My Actifit Report Card: August 4 2022

Yeah it feels so good to be back and also to be back with meeting the 5k milestone 4 times in a day, showed I intentionally planned the day just for actifit to notify my #actifit family that am back baby. 😆

The activities I did through the day were mainly focused on actifit like
-I ran/jogged my way to my shop, yeah I stopped my office work to start my business in the beauty hairstyling industry.
-took my dog for a walk telling her she has to encourage me for actifit
-did more of cycling towards the evening because I yet to have much patronage but I believe things will soon change.
