Today is sunday, so there’s no class in my gym. Since there’s no class to attend, me and my husband decided to just using the equipment. Actually, the only thing i do is using the treadmill. My body just gets better after a horrible DOMS yesterday so i am just not in the mood for weight training as it means that i will get some DOMS again tomorrow. I will share in this what i do in the treadmill today.
First, i walk in speed 2 incline 0 for 1 minutes, then i upgraded it to incline 3 for another 2 minutes. After that i changed the speed in range 3 to 3,6 and gradually changed to the range 10 to 14 maximum. I do that in total for 65 minutes.
Its not the best work out session but i enjoyed it so much.
