It has been a long time since my last post and I think I shouldn't miss to post it anymore.
There were days that I had considerable amount of steps but didn't post.
I got over 10K steps today and that was it.
All I did after that was tried to balance on a single leg with eyes closed.
It is a super tough one for me.
I need some support to balance.
It is pretty scary after reading a post saying if you can't do single leg stand while closing your eyes, your health is in bad condition.
