Today, I’m productive with my activities because I managed to go for a nice walk and I also did some workout at the gym.
My activities got me a total of 13,000 plus steps or activity score for my Actifit report. This is the kind of achievement that I think will be helpful in burning those extra calories.
At the gym, I did 60 counts of sit-ups, 30 counts of push ups and 30 counts of 10kg dumbbells. I think that’s good enough for today since I’ve done sufficient walking today.
