My Actifit Report Card: October 13 2024

I just came back from buying some stuff at the store. It's a good activity because I was able to add it to my daily routine. It's important to have some physical activity even on Sundays to burn some of those calories from the eating I did yesterday, lol.

There are times when I "pig out" just to feel like I'm celebrating something, even when there's nothing specific to celebrate. After that, I usually have another series of workouts and physical activities that serve as my accomplishment for the following week.

In everything we do, we should find balance.

Tonight, I went to the gym to work out. I did a 10-minute run on the treadmill, 50 sit-ups, 20 reps with 10kg dumbbells, and 20 push-ups. That's good enough for now.
