It's day 6 of my gym workout routine, and it's proving to be effective. I don't mean that I'm already fit after 6 days because I'm not. But the effect is what I feel with my energy level. It has improved drastically compared to when I took a break from going to the gym.
I feel stronger each day, especially with my limbs and upper body. My lower back pains during the late afternoon are almost gone. I often have lower back pains because I sit all day at work, and because of my gym workout, I rarely feel it anymore, so that's a good sign.
Today, I also set a new record of 17,191 steps for my Actifit report! That's awesome.
