I've been walking more lately, and my step count has been consistently exceeding 15,000 steps. For comparison, my daily target is 10,000 steps, but with the results I'm seeing recently, it feels like my efforts are paying off.
I hope this effort will help me achieve my goal of reducing my body weight before the end of the year. While going to the gym is great for building strength, I believe that walking and jogging are also crucial for strengthening my cardiovascular system.
That's why I always make an effort to walk and jog whenever I have free time, aiming for an overall improvement in my physical health.
