Today, most of my activities consisted of walking and a bit of gym workout. I focused on lifting some dumbbells and riding the stationary bike. Surprisingly, the cycling was tiring for my hips, even though I only did it for 10 minutes. Maybe it was the weight or difficulty settings I chose.
I slept late last night, and now I feel very sleepy from today’s activities. It’s not a great feeling to go to work in such a drowsy state—it really affects my productivity and focus. Thankfully, coffee has been a lifesaver in keeping me awake.
