I’m feeling better now, thanks to the many medicines I’ve taken over the past two days. I thought my flu was going to last a few more days, but it seems I’m almost back to feeling normal again. Yesterday, I had a horrible runny nose that seemed unstoppable, but thankfully, I’m feeling much better now. Since it’s the weekend, I’ll have more time to fully recover.
Earlier, I was thinking about going to the gym for a workout since I haven’t done any physical activity while I was sick. Because of that, I feel like I’ve gained a bit of weight, and my waistline has grown slightly.
Now, I’m eager to get back into my workout routine and hopefully shed the weight I’ve gained recently. It’s so frustrating how easy it is to gain weight, yet so difficult to lose it. Sometimes I question my food choices since they’re probably the main reason for my weight gain. Poor diet decisions make it much harder to burn calories, leading to increased fat and cholesterol.
Now that I’m regaining my strength, I feel like I’m almost fully recovered. I plan to return to my usual workout routine as soon as I can.
Today, I managed to achieve 15,380 steps on my activity tracker. I’m so proud of this achievement and hope to do even better tomorrow. Good night, Actifiters!
