Today I decided to go to the gym to do some light exercises. I wanted to start my full recovery in a slow manner in order not to push myself too much. My goal for today was to burn the calories that built up during the days when I was mostly resting. I noticed that there are parts of my body that had built up fat, especially my core region and legs. This shows that the lower part of my body was most affected by the lack of exercise and physical activities. Hopefully, I can maintain this routine and fully recover in the next 2 weeks.
For lunch, I had a nice meal of rice, thinly sliced grilled pork, steamed cabbage with oyster sauce, and pumpkin with sauce.
