I went on some short walks today. They say it's a better form of exercise to avoid putting yourself under extreme physical strain. It's also important not to overdo exercise, as that can negatively impact one's health. It's better to manage it in a way that preserves your overall well-being.
For my gym workout, I focused on strengthening exercises targeting my upper body and core. I think this approach aligns well with my goal of achieving a smaller tummy and a stronger core.
For lunch, I enjoyed fish curry with rice. It was a nice change from my usual protein choices like chicken, pork, and fish.
