Happy New Year, Actifiters!!!
I did well with my activity count today - I managed to achieve 11,426 steps. I went on a long walk today, which helped a lot with my activity score. I also went to the gym to do a 5-minute run on the treadmill, chest press, lat pulldown, and some hamstring workouts. Overall, it was a productive day for me when it came to my physical activities.
For dinner, I had a nice sweet and sour fish fillet with a fried egg on top.
Tomorrow is the beginning of the year's work, and I'm looking forward to more workouts.
