After a light snack, I headed over to the gym for a quick run on the treadmill and then some upper body exercises. I wanted to stay consistent, so even though it was just a quick workout routine, it was still good progress. It's better to keep the momentum going, even if it's just a little bit.
I also managed to achieve more than 12k steps for my Actifit report, which is a good accomplishment on its own. It wasn't as high as my past days, but it's still above my 10k goal for today. Overall, it was a productive day, and I enjoyed every bit of it.
I'm going to rest earlier today so that I can replenish my energy. Good night, Actifiters!
