As soon as this year started, I made it a priority to improve my health, which includes every aspect of myself. I have set goals to improve both my physical and psychological well-being in such a way that I will be able to maintain them.
My job is getting stressful nowadays, so I'm trying my best to take care of my health to avoid getting sick due to work-related stress.
One of the things I do is exercise. Even a simple walking routine can be very helpful. Today I achieved a total of 15,233 steps for my Actifit report.
