I think I did well today because I managed to achieve a total of 15,253 steps for my Actifit report. I also went to the gym, where I did a quick 10-minute jog on the treadmill, followed by 30 reps of 10KG dumbbell exercises, 30 reps on the chest press, and finally, another 30 reps on the lat pull. I feel proud of my accomplishments today.
During my lunch break, I visited one of my favorite types of food places—a mixed veggie shop. I chose three dishes: salted egg chicken, sardines, and sautéed vegetables. I particularly liked the vegetables because they were well-cooked and very tasty.
Now, I can confidently say that I’ve fully recovered because I’m feeling much better. Hopefully, I’ll be able to maintain my healthy routine so that I won’t get sick again so easily.
