I had a great day today because I feel like I was productive enough to reach more 13k steps for my Actifit report.
Although not complete, I still managed to go to the gym to do some workout routine. I did 30 counts of chest press, 30 counts lat pulls, and 40 counts squats.
My lunch is a bowl of noodles with pork meat and liver. It’s nice and very filling too.
