After a short break from posting my Actifit reports, I'm glad to finally share my activity count for today. I fell a few thousand steps short of my 10k goal, but I think 7k steps is still a decent number worth posting. After all, it's still a good effort!
For lunch, I had a bowl of fish noodles—both satisfying and healthy. If I could, I’d have this kind of meal at least once a week.
