I went to the gym earlier and did a 10-minute run on the treadmill. I also did more chest press exercises and worked out a 12.5 KG dumbbell after. It was tiring because I never really did something like this before where I put more focus on the chest area. I feel like I will feel sore tomorrow because of it 😔. But this is the kind of sore that I'm sure will benefit me in the long run 😜.
I also went on a short walk and had my dinner at an outdoor dining food place.
