I did a quick run at the treadmill today. A 12-minute run feels good enough but I still 3 repetitions of 12.5LB dumbbells. I didn't want to push too hard today because I sleep early for tomorrow's activities.
I scored more than 6k steps for my Actifit report. Not bad however it's not something that I would be proud of. Tomorrow I'll try to hit my 10k goal.
