My Actifit Report Card: February 9 2025

I just came back from a short walk and I'm glad that I did because it added to my score. My gym workout earlier was more relaxed too. I just did a 12 minute run on the treadmill and then did 3 reps of chest press and 3 reps of biceps curls. I figured that should be enough for today.

For my lunch, I had a plate of seafood fried rice.
