I got a really good score today, it's almost 15k steps! I focused on my walk which ultimately resulted in a much higher score compared to previous days.
My gym workout was lesser though. I only managed to do a 5 minute run on the treadmill, 3 reps of 12.6lbs dumbbells, and 3 reps of chest press. That should be fine for today. I'll just make it up on my next workout.
