I've started gaining extra weight again which isn't a good sign. That means that I'm either eating more than what I need or I'm lacking physical activities. Truthfully, I feel like both are contributing to me gaining more weight.
These are signs that one should pay attention to and so I wanted to prevent that from getting worse. Deal with it while it's early right 👍.
So I went on a good walk today and then did some work out at the gym too.
