Nothing special happened today. I'm fortunate enough that if I have time, I can work out at the office. Today, I took advantage of this opportunity.
In the morning, I lifted weights for an hour and did some core exercises. As a cool-down, I also ran an easy 4 kilometers. It felt really good.
Then back to work.
On the way home, I met an elderly woman I didn't know. I helped her carry her bag, which must have been about 15 kilograms. It felt good.
So far, I've burned 1,000 calories.
Tonight, I'll watch the movie Infinite on Prime and then try to get enough sleep. I’m not planning any serious exercise tomorrow; I need a rest day. However, I'll try to reach my daily calorie goal with a walk.
