In this post, I want to share my pizza recipe, which is quite simple; however, this pizza is delicious and healthy because I use sourdough for fermentation rather than yeast.

Sourdough is slow fermentation; therefore, eating this pizza is lighter for your stomach because it won’t make you bloated or have a heavy digestion.

The main ingredient in this recipe is sourdough active. There are many ways of preparing on the internet, but it requires much time and patience.

Below is the list of ingredients:
1 350gr of flour
2 260gr of water
3 77gr of sourdough
4 7gr of salt
5 2 spoons of olive oil

In a bowl, mix the sourdough with the water, and once the sourdough integrates with the water, add the two spoons of olive oil and salt, then add the flour until all the ingredients are mixed.

Separate them into three portions. In my case, I got 233gr each, covered the bowls with a wet cloth and left it for 1 or 2 hours, depending on the ambient temperature; in my case, I always put it inside the freezer overnight, and in this way, the pizza will be more light and flavour.

The next day, bring the dough from the freezer 1 hour before baking it; shape the dough round and put all the ingredients: tomato sauce, cheese, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, and oregano or basil leaves.

The oven temperature should be high, around 200 Celsius degrees, and put the pizza inside for 15 minutes until you see the pizza border is crispy and the cheese has melted.

Sometimes, I precook the pizza because I want the crumb fully cooked.

To clarify, this is my way of preparing pizza, and it is delicious. I like it. Some pizza experts may disagree that there are better ways to prepare it.
