I woke up a little early this morning to make lunch for my elder son, who was competing in a track and field meet in our district.

I forgot to take a picture of the lunch, but I think the tamagoyaki turned out okay😉

My second son has finally recovered from his pneumonia and is now able to go to daycare, but perhaps because he was absent for almost two weeks and stayed home all the time, he lost his physical strength. At the swimming lesson he went last weekend, he could not swim even 10 meters and could not move forward at all no matter how much he moved his arms and legs... It will take some time for his physical strength to return.

And I, who had been mostly cooped up with my second son except for part-time work for the past two weeks, also noticed that I had lost a lot of energy. The air was nice and cool this morning, so I decided to walk a little farther than usual, but my legs ... my legs felt tired!

I kind of felt like I hadn't used them properly for a long time. Now that it is a good season for walking, I would like to walk a lot.

As I passed by the shrine, I could smell my favorite fragrance of the season... the soft scent of fragrant olive. Why do fragrant olive smell so good?

I was lured into the shrine by the fragrant olive, and the hand-watering basin, which had been closed when COVID-19 was prevalent, was once again filled with water and ready for use. I was a little happy to see that.

This is a row of gingko trees I passed on my way home. It looks like it will be a little while before the leaves turn yellow. I would like to come back to take pictures when the leaves have completely changed color.

I walked about 6,400 steps today, but this was still pretty tiring 😅 what a lack of stamina! ... and I regret it. Now that we have entered the season where heat is no longer an excuse, I am going to have to resume my training little by little.

I hope your little boy will recover soon from the pneumonia. I quite enjoyed the ride with those photos, I'm sure you will regale us with others.

Best regards @go-kyo.

Thank you!
I'm glad you enjoyed the photos. I'll take some more and post them🙂🙂

Just saw that…Fingers crossed! Pretty cheeky to cash 55% tax on crypto gains. Investors take a lot of risk for these gains and deserve more. 20% tax seems fair to me.

Yes...😿the “maximum” is 55% so we are not taxed that high unless we make a significant profit, but it is still a burden.
I heard that Germany gives you a tax exemption when you sell if you hold for a long time. Nice!

After one year hodling gains are tax free in Germany. Yet. They will probably change that sometime soon. Hopefully the tax corridor worldwide will be between 20-30%. Everything more is too much in my view for the risk we all take, same with stocks by the way.

PS: what are the chances this 20% comes through?

Tax-free if held for one year! That's nice. I hope it stays that way. Really, the tax rate is too high for the risk and the hassle of calculating profit and loss.

In Japan, cryptocurrency industry groups have requested a 20% separate taxation in the tax reform, and political parties have pledged to do so, so I am hopeful that it may happen someday. However, many say it may take several years.

Mothers have a harder life when the kids are ill, your area looks pretty, enjoy it on your walks, it takes time for your body to regain it's strength, certainly when we get older 😆

Thank you! Yes, when I was younger, a fever would go away after a good night's sleep... but these days I tend to have prolonged illnesses. I think it's best to sleep well and eat well without getting tired😁
