I don't know, if I ever was this exhausted in my life as I am right now.
I started my morning walk at 6.30 and ran until 9.30 had breakfast and a quick nap before my second session began. An hour and a half until lunch and after lunch walking in the apartment until late evening with a few 15 minute breaks.
I can't really feel my legs anymore, but tomorrow will be a similar day.
Not quite as suicidal but almost.
But this week was just an experiment. I wanted to test my limits and I definitely found them.
If I reach the 250k steps tomorrow evening, I'll be happy but not as happy as going back to 150k steps per week.
