Mr Trump looks like to enjoy giving fun to the market. He first put down the market with the trade war, and then he put part of it on hold to make the market alive partially. He needs to make people feeling taking rollercoaster and some may even give up on the loss or get liquidated by future leverage. I think there should be more similar chances in the future.
