For several reasons I haven’t been able to find time to go to the gym regularly.
Gym is something that you get used to and start enjoying after a few weeks even months but if out of the sudden you start missing days, the motivation might leave.
That’s been happening lately due to a series of events out of my control.
Today I found the time and motivation to go back. It was tiring, I was lacking energy. Usually when I go every day my strength is bigger. Weights seem so heavy today despite being lifting less than usual. That told me I have to do the impossible to go to the gym even if the sun is falling down.
I worked out back and biceps. I wasn’t even finished and I was so ready to go. I didn’t though, I stayed until the end. I did all my exercises and then left.
Most days I start with stretching and hanging to warm my body. Then the workout.
And tonight I’m very tired. My eyes are closing down by themselves . I’ll stop here.
