Una Noche de juego
Ayer por la noche, mis amigos y yo nos reunimos para una sesión de entrenamiento que se convirtió en una competencia dinámica y divertida. La idea era simple, pero desafiante: un "todos contra todos" en hordas, donde cada atleta debía enfrentarse a los demás en su turno, acumulando puntos con descansos mínimos de solo 10 segundos entre series.
La rutina consistía en una serie de ejercicios que ponían a prueba nuestra fuerza, resistencia y técnica. Cada serie incluía:

La noche estaba cargado competitividad, pero también apoyo mutuo. Cada uno de nosotros se esforzaba al máximo, no solo para ganar puntos, sino para superar nuestros límites y animar a los demás a hacer lo mismo.
A medida que avanzaba la dinámica, el cansancio se hacía sentir.
Los breves descansos de 10 segundos entre series apenas eran suficientes para recuperar el aliento, pero también añadían un nivel extra de desafío que hacía la competencia aún más emocionante.
Fue una experiencia inolvidable que nos recordó por qué amamos la calistenia: no solo por el ejercicio físico, sino por nuestro club y el espíritu de superación que nos caracteriza.

A Game Night
Last night, my friends and I got together for a training session that turned into a dynamic and fun competition. The idea was simple, but challenging: an “all against all” in hordes, where each athlete had to take on the others in turn, racking up points with minimum breaks of only 10 seconds between sets.
The routine consisted of a series of exercises that tested our strength, endurance and technique. Each set included:

The evening was loaded with competitiveness, but also mutual support. Each of us went all out, not only to earn points, but to push our limits and encourage others to do the same.
As the dynamic progressed, fatigue set in.
The short 10-second breaks between sets were barely enough to catch our breath, but they also added an extra level of challenge that made the competition even more exciting.
It was an unforgettable experience that reminded us why we love calisthenics: not only for the physical exercise, but for our club and the spirit of self-improvement that characterizes us.
