It provides detailed data on the activity and has options for setting daily step targets and other fitness goals. For instance, this is the data I got for tracking my running progress this weekend:
I have done that in the past but not intentionally. Nowadays I can't anymore, due to heart and health issues.

It's unfortunate Jose, that your current heart and health issues restrict you from intense exercises. The good side is that your genetics won't lead you to weight-related health problems, and you're unlikely to face health issues related to being overweight and obese as a result of a lack of fitness routine.🌻
