PPL workout - PUSH

Hello everyone !

Chest/shoulders/triceps today with the push-up + squeeze you can see on the pic.
I’m still adding some sets of pseudo planche push-ups and flags hold to work on my callisthenics skills.
Crow pose hold, triceps extensions and shoulders presses to complete this workout.
