Hello everyone !
Back and biceps today. Unfortunate I couldn’t enjoy the beautiful sun we had here and had to go for a night session instead.
Extending the warmup time has weather is not warm yet but after few sets it’s all good.
Most of the training was pull-ups and push-ups variations. Wide grip, narrow grip, negative one arm, hold on top, archer.
And then few biceps curls sets to finish it.
