Maintaining a healthy body fat percentage and managing weight is crucial for overall well-being. To achieve this, I incorporate a regular fitness routine that includes a combination of strength training and cardio exercises. One of my favorite exercises for building upper body strength and toning my muscles is push-ups.

Recently, I challenged myself to complete 30 consecutive push-ups, aiming to improve my overall strength and endurance.
