My Actifit Report Card: December 29 2024

A good start to Sunday. Weather was nice today.

In the afternoon, i went out for a walk. Spent 25/30 minutes walking in and around my area.

In the evening, i again went out for a short walk.

Throughout the day also added steps walking indoors, inside the flat and common balcony on the floor I stay.

Completing 5000+ steps for the day.
