Walking along the Seashore
There is no better way to start the week than taking a walk along the Caribbean coast and for this Venezuela is the ideal scenario, since the waters that bathe these lands are characterized by having very good energy and a pleasant temperature, which combines perfectly with a radiant tropical sun, which tans our skin, relieves our ills that accompanies us perennially throughout a day that is dedicated to rest, catharsis and the search for tranquility, both physical and spiritual.

Caminando a la Orilla del Mar
No existe mejor forma de iniciar la semana que dando un paseo a lo largo de la costa caribeña y para ello Venezuela es el escenario ideal, puesto que las aguas que bañan estas tierras se caracterizan por contar con muy buenas energías y una agradable temperatura, la cual se conjuga a la perfección con un radiante sol tropical, el cual broncea nuestra piel, alivia nuestros males que nos acompaña de manera perenne a lo largo y ancho de una jornada que está dedicada al descanso, la catarsis y a la búsqueda de la tranquilidad, tanto física como espiritual.
The sound of the sea, the serene breeze, the intense sun and the endless horizon are the perfect combination to describe an ideal landscape, where the forces of nature dominate the entire environment, it is here where we realize how small we are and how huge the world is, no matter how many steps we must take in any direction, we will always have covered a short distance, but taking into account our biological capabilities, each step taken in the right direction is an incredible personal achievement.
El sonido del mar, la brisa serena, el sol intenso y el horizonte interminable son la combinación perfecta para describir a un paisaje ideal, en donde las fuerzas de la naturaleza dominan todo el entorno, es acá en donde nos damos cuenta lo pequeño que somos y lo enorme que es el mundo, por muchos pasos que debemos en la dirección que sea, siempre habremos recorrido una corta distancia, pero tomando en cuenta nuestras capacidades biológicas, cada paso dado en la dirección correcta constituye un logro personal increíble.
Walking is one of the greatest gifts that life has given us, I really enjoy walking through every space, discovering new horizons and enjoying the little things that life gives us, even in everyday actions we can find great experiences, beautiful moments and without realizing it, in many occasions we forge great memories. Besides, walking goes beyond a physical exercise, it is an effective tool in the fight against monotony, boredom and loneliness, because thanks to this constant exercise we can distract our mind, dispel bad thoughts and enjoy the gift of life.
Caminar es uno de los mayores dones que nos ha dado la vida, yo disfruto mucho recorriendo cada espacio, descubriendo nuevos horizontes y disfrutando de las cosas pequeñas que nos regala la vida, incluso que las acciones cotidianas podemos encontrar grandes experiencias, lindos momentos y sin darnos cuenta en muchas ocasiones forjamos grandes recuerdos. Además, caminar va más allá de un ejercicio físico, es una herramienta eficaz en la lucha contra la monotonía, al aburrimiento y la soledad, ya que gracias a este ejercicio constante logramos distraer nuestra mente, disipar los malos pensamientos y disfrutar del don de la vida.
In my case walking enlivens the creative spirit, helps me stay active and allows me to enjoy the environment around me, which are benefits whose scope really incalculable, which is why it is an activity that I do with pleasure and I am absolutely sure that I will continue to do a constant throughout my life. To be able to continue enjoying for a long time diverse landscapes, new destinations and beautiful experiences, which I will undoubtedly be sharing with all of you through the captures made in the middle of each of these future trips.
En mi caso caminar aviva el espíritu creativo, me ayuda a mantenerme activo y me permite disfrutar ampliamente del entorno que me rodea, lo cual son beneficios cuyo alcance realmente incalculable, es por ello que se trata de una actividad que hago con gusto y estoy totalmente seguro que seguir haciendo una constante a lo largo de mi vida. Poder seguir disfrutando durante mucho tiempo de paisajes diversos, nuevos destinos y lindas experiencias, las cuales sin duda alguna estaré compartiendo con todos ustedes a través de las capturas realizadas en medio de cada uno de esos futuros paseos.
