Happy Saturday everyone. It's been a long time since I last posted here.
I miss being able to post my progress on my fitness journey here. There's been a significant improvement if I may say, especially in my pull-ups. I can do a proper pull-up now. However, I'm still far from my Calisthenic goals. As they say "You've gone far, but you're still too far".
As to why I disappeared here, will be a story for another time. It's nothing special though.
But for today, here's my activity report!
Strength Exercise
My first exercise is pull-ups. I did four sets with six repetitions. The watch I wore didn't record it well. For some reason, it only recorded 2 on the first set, 4 on the second, then a whopping 15 on the third 😅😂, then 2 again on the fourth set.
The second exercise is squats with a gallon of mineral water as weights. I did four sets of 18 repetitions. This is shown as set numbers 5-8. The watch wasn't able to identify the movement and just named it as unknown.
The third exercise is push-ups. I did 15 repetitions on the first two sets, then 17 on the third, and 18 on the last.
I still have a last exercise which is hanging leg raises. Unfortunately, I had to recharge my watch so I wasn't able to record it. I did four sets with 10 repetitions on this one.
That would be all.
