Yup, any individual sport where you push yourself there's always that voice in the back of your mind. You're right once you settle in it's a lot easier to make it go away and carry on.
I think you will start to hear a lot more about Rucking as it gains in popularity - at least I hope. For the Ruckers, rucking is a form of cardio, building work capacity and endurance. It builds a strong foundation for movement under load.
The Rucking community was started by @albuslucimus. I think it will fill a niche for us weirdos that like to toss weight in a ruck(backpack) and go for a hike. 😁 As with many communities it is also a place to share a common interest, experiences and motivation.
