It was a chilly evening for a walk, but we had to get out and start getting acclimatized to the colder weather. In the fall we have to make a shift in our mindset and our habits. This involves accepting that summer is truly over, pulling out the warm clothes (and actually wearing them), and getting a much earlier start on the walk because it’s dark by 5:00.
So I skipped out of the office and went to the park to walk with my husband.
The weather is a funny cross between fall and winter now. It will be a few weeks before the transformation is complete.
